Security at Easy Street
A plain-spoken overview of how Easy Street approaches account access, workspace separation, and customer data.
Workspace separation
Easy Street is built as a multi-tenant application with customer workspaces kept separate. Access to workspace data is tied to authenticated users and their assigned workspace.
Access and accounts
Two-factor sign-in is available on every account, with recovery codes, from Settings → Security & devices. Use a unique password and protect access to your email account. Team administrators should remove access promptly when someone leaves a brokerage or changes roles.
Data portability
Your data is yours, and it should never feel trapped. You can export your contacts and vendors to CSV any time from their lists, and Pro accounts can also export deals and tasks through Ask AI. Bringing data in works the same way, with CSV import from your old system.
