Privacy Notice

Effective July 5, 2026. This notice explains how Easy Street CRM handles information across our website and application.

1. Overview

This Privacy Notice explains how Easy Street CRM (“Easy Street,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website and use the Easy Street CRM application (the “Service”). It covers information about our customers and website visitors. For personal information that a customer stores about their own contacts, the customer is the controller and Easy Street acts as their processor, handling that information on the customer’s behalf and under our agreement with them.

2. Information we collect

We collect: (a) account information you provide, such as your name, email address, business and brokerage details, and workspace settings; (b) Customer Data you choose to store in the Service, such as contacts, notes, tasks, pipelines, and message content; (c) billing information needed to process your subscription, handled by our payment processor (we receive limited details such as card brand and last four digits, not full card numbers); (d) usage and device information, such as log data, IP address, browser type, and feature interactions; and (e) communications you send to us, such as support requests and contact-form submissions.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, and support the Service; to authenticate accounts and prevent abuse; to process subscriptions and payments; to respond to your requests; to send service and administrative messages and, where permitted, product updates; to analyze and improve the Service; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Customer Data for advertising.

4. Service providers and sharing

We share information with vetted third-party providers who help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of the information to providing services to us. These include cloud hosting and database infrastructure, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, and — where you enable it — text-message delivery and integrations you connect (such as your email or calendar). We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of users and the public. If we are involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and Customer Data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can export or delete Customer Data through the Service. After account termination, we delete or de-identify Customer Data in the ordinary course, except where we must retain certain records to meet legal, tax, or security obligations. Backups are cycled out on a rolling basis.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including workspace-level data isolation, encryption in transit, access controls, and optional two-factor authentication for accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Account owners can manage much of their information directly in the Service. To exercise other rights, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity. Where we process Customer Data on a customer’s behalf, we will refer contact requests to that customer.

8. Cookies and analytics

Our website and application use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some may affect functionality.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

The Service is operated from the United States, and information is processed and stored there. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated notice.

12. Contact

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to privacy@easystreetcrm.com or submitted through the contact form on our site.
